During the month of April in St Maarten, dozens of temporary food booths are set up. There are lots of barbecues, and different types of food sold from around the world. There's lots of competition among vendors, so the food is usually reasonably priced. The main concerts and shows also are performed at the Carnival Village during the Carnival season, so you can also catch a great local or international show, as you enjoy the food and drinks
